Crush rack up 11 All-Central Valley Conference postseason honors
Following the close of the 2019 regular season for the Clovis Community College men's soccer team, 11 members of Crush earned All-Central Valley Conference postseason accolades.
Heading the impressive list is sophomore Robby Rosas who was named the CVC Goalkeeper of the Year. Freshman forward Andres Nunez captured Offensive Player of the Year honors while fellow first-year forward Tyler Ferguson was named the Co-Freshman of the Year. Also, sophomore Gabriel Sosa brought home Co-Midfielder of the Year honors.
The Crush had a pair of freshmen forwards named first-team All-CVC in Ryan Rosas and Saul Allen Sanchez. Earning second-team accolades were sophomore defender AJ Rios, freshman forward Jordan Wilkins, freshman defender Connor Graham, and freshman defender Brenden Lowe.
Clovis closed out the 2019 season with a 12-4-6 overall record and finished tied for second place in the Central Valley Conference with a 4-1-3 mark. The Crush made their second postseason appearance in program history under head coach Chad McCarty.
