Sponsorship Opportunities for the Cross Country Team

As our inaugural season of the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country program at Clovis Community College begins, I, CJ Albertson, and our Assistant Coach, Steven Waite, would like to invite you to join us in building the program from the ground up. On behalf of the college and coaching staff, our mission is to help students start off their adult life on the right path to success. With the financial, academic, and athletic advantages that Clovis Community offers, we believe our school is the perfect option for many students. So our goal is to attract students to the college through athletics. 

As Fresno-natives, Coach Waite and I are aiming to build Clovis Community Cross Country into the most sought-after program in the state of California. We love this city, and want to bring excitement and long-lasting success to the Central Valley running community. Our valley is the home of many talented student-athletes, and we want to create a high-quality program that is an attractive option to them. As the success of the program grows, we believe more and more young men and women will view community college as a place where they can thrive and set themselves up for success in all areas of life. 

As we begin building the program, we need your help so that we can have the funding necessary for a quality program. Our budget covers meet entry fees, racing singlet/shorts, and some travel expenses, but we would like to purchase team apparel, running shoes, various training supplies, and the ability to travel to an extra meet. We also hope someday to start up a Track and Field program that requires hundreds of thousands of dollars for the track itself, as well as all of the additional equipment needed. 

We have several different tiers of sponsorship levels that can be found on the Sponsorships and Donations form. Your company/business can also be an ‘Apparel Sponsor.’ For this option, you would donate the amount of money listed, and that money would go directly to buying the selected apparel item. Your company/business logo would be printed on the back of the apparel item.
