SANTA ROSA – A tough start to the 2024 Clovis Community College women's soccer season continued on Friday with the Crush's 2-0 non-conference loss at No. 4 state-ranked Santa Rosa Junior College.
Clovis is 0-3 to open the4 season. Despite their record, the Crush have battled in their last contests, both 2-0 defeats.
On Friday, Santa Rosa scored a goal in the 14th minute and secured its win with an insurance goal in the 81st.
Clovis will get its next shot at a win on Tuesday (Sep. 10) when the Crush host San Joaquin Delta College in a 4 p.m. non-conference game.
