Crush perform well in final meet before CVC Championships

BAKERSFIELD – The Clovis Community College swim & dive team hit the pool for the final time before the Central Valley Conference Championships on Saturday at the Bakersfield College Invite.
The Crush continue to improve on their times as they head to the postseason. Highlights included:
- Samantha Rockey continues to drop time in her 100 Breast as she recorded a time of 1:17.87 for first place.
- Colten Bilbrey improved his 100 Breast time, clocking in at 1:17.96.
- Competing in just his second collegiate meet, Raman Chahal dropped 1.42 seconds in his 50 free for a time of 35.67.
- Madison Cegielski improved her 200 IM time by 4.15 seconds and finished second with at 2:35.45.
- Jake Rosa improved his 100 IM time at 1:12.10.
Crush divers will next compete at the Northern California Dive Championships on April 12 at Santa Rosa Junior College while the rest of the squad returns to the pool on April 17-19 for the Central Valley Conference Championships at Clovis North High School.
